This property near Limoux is one such project. The farmhouse was restored, the land brought back into use, water and energy infrastructure established, fruit trees planted, gardens created. Not to finish every possibility, but to bring it to a point where it could support a quieter, more self-directed way of living — while leaving room for the next owner to make it their own.
