We take on selected residential renovation projects where the owner cannot be on site full-time.

 

Maison Felice lives with the property while the work is underway — coordinating trades, sequencing work, tracking decisions, monitoring budget and finishes, and handling the day-to-day issues that arise between contractors, suppliers and the home itself.

We are not a general contractor. Structural, electrical, plumbing and other regulated work remains with qualified professionals. Our role is to represent the owner on the ground, keep the project moving, and make practical decisions from the perspective of someone actually living with the property.

Typical engagement

• 1–3 year live-in project

• Owner provides on-site accommodation and utilities

• Monthly retainer from €3,500–€5,500

• Larger/high-touch projects may be higher

• Project-management fee typically 5–8% of external renovation spend

• Travel, materials and third-party costs billed separately
