For second homes, estates and higher-value residences that need more than occasional concierge support, we provide medium-term stewardship while the owner is away.  We oversee the property, grounds, vendors, repairs, maintenance, rental readiness and ongoing improvements — acting as one responsible point of contact on site.

This is particularly useful for properties going through transition, selective rental use, or a period when the owner cannot be present regularly.

Typical engagement

• Medium-term stewardship, typically 6–24 months

• Non-resident oversight from €750–€1,500/month

• High-touch estate stewardship typically €1,500–€3,000/month

• Live-in stewardship typically €2,500–€4,500/month, plus accommodation and utilities

• Rental-management work, if included, may be priced separately

• Vendor, repair and third-party costs billed to the owner
